Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Technical Failures: If our service fails to generate a video due to technical issues on our end and credits are consumed
  • Service Unavailability: Extended service outages that prevent credit usage for more than 48 hours
  • Billing Errors: Accidental duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
  • Google AI Studio Issues: Credits consumed due to Google AI Studio API failures beyond our control
  • Unused Credits: Unused credits within 30 days of purchase (subject to conditions below)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Successfully Generated Content: Credits used for videos that were successfully generated, regardless of user satisfaction with output quality
  • User Input Issues: Credits consumed due to inappropriate prompts, policy violations, or user errors
  • Content Guidelines Violations: Credits used for generation attempts that violate our community guidelines or Google AI Studio policies
  • AI Model Limitations: Credits consumed when AI models produce results within expected parameters but not meeting user expectations
  • Expired Credits: Credits that have exceeded their validity period (typically 12 months from purchase)
  • Partial Credit Usage: Credit packages where more than 20% of credits have been consumed
